Credit Application

We collect the information in this form — name, date of birth, Social Security number, phone, email, address history, employment, income, the identification and insurance documents you upload, any notes you add, and, if you apply jointly, your co-applicant's information (their ID is optional) — to review your credit application, share it with assigned lenders to evaluate financing, verify your information, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We also process your IP address briefly to prevent abuse of this form. We retain it as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. By submitting, you also sign the separate credit-report authorization in Step 6.
